Our Story

Bring People Joy!

Growing up in Brazil, Brigadeiros were part of every memorable celebration, typically sharing it with those I love and care about. To me, it represents joy and unity. When I asked myself what I could be doing every day for the rest of my life, the answer was simple! Help bring joy to people's lives. Baking is my unique way to spread happiness and help people come together to share life's sweet moments.

What are Brigadeiros?

Brigadeiros are truffle-size chocolate balls made simply with condensed milk, butter, and chocolate.  They gained popularity in the 1940’s in Brazil and have enjoyed a cult following ever since.

Like many nostalgic treats in the United States, Brigadeiros bring back fond childhood memories for Brazilians. They make us smile just looking at them, in all their simplicity. While they are occasionally prepared with adulthood (pistachio, cocoa nibs) don't be fooled, at its center is just pure deliciousness, the type that doesn't need to be analyzed; just enjoyed.
