Our Own Twist to Panettone

Holidays are time for family, fiends and food. There’s no Holiday celebration without a full table of tasty meals prepared specially for the occasion. Some recipes are so special that we only see around this time of the year.
One of these recipes is Panettone, a type of sweet bread loaf, distinct for its cupola shape and filled with dried fruits.
Legend has it that its inventor was a Milanese baker called Tony. The recipe became so popular that people started calling it pan de Tony, and then later Panettoni. 
We decided to lean on the original recipe and twist it to make it even more popular and tastier. Of course we added a lot of Brigadeiro!

This Holiday season we are offering our special Panettone. Filled with chocolate chunks and Brigadeiro, our Panettoni weights 600g and is covered with a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles.
