I need to assistance in portuguese to place my order, what should I do?
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your name and phone number and a Portuguese speaking person from our team will contact you. In case you're out of the country, we'll reach via WhatsApp.
How long in advance should I place my shipping order?
Are your gluten-free items suitable for celiacs and people with high sensitivity to gluten?
No. Even though we offer some gluten-free options on our menu, we're not a gluten free facility.
Do you offer same day delivery in NYC?
Yes, but only in the areas covered by our delivery partners: Doordash, Caviar, Uber Eats and Postmates.
I have a cake emergency, do you take same day orders for cakes?
We always bake and keep extra 7" chocolate and carrot cakes at the store on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call in advance and we'll be happy to reserve yours upon phone payment.
I received my cake but my party isn't happening until a few days, how to store it?
Cakes should be kept in the refrigerator up to two hours before your event, then unpack and let it sit at room temperature so it's fluffy and cream to serve.
How long do Brigadeiros lasts?
Brigadeiros have no conservatives and will last 3 days at room temperature and 7 if refrigerated (highly recommended).
Can I freeze my cake and Brigadeiros left over?
Yes, up to 1 year in an airtight container. To defrost, bring the container to room temperature without opening the container for 2 hours. Never refreeze it.
How to estimate how many brigadeiros per person for a party?
That will depend if you're serving other desserts or not. If you have another dessert, we recommend 2-3 per person and if brigadeiros are your only dessert 4-5 is the suggested count.
I'm sending a Brigadeiro box as a gift, can I add a note card?
Of course, you can add your personal message to the note section as you're placing your order and we'll take care of it. We never send orders with price receipts.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska? What about International shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't.
I'm sending someone else to pick up my order, is that ok?
Totally fine, they will just have to refer to your name and order number.
I'm interested in placing a large order for my wedding or corporate event. Do you have a special price for large orders ? Can I customize my order?
We'll be happy to assist you with your order, please hit the catering tab on the website and fill out our catering order form. We'll contact you with requested information and options. All large orders require 2 weeks notice.
I'm out of the country, can I place my order to be delivered within the USA?
Yes. Our website accepts all major international credit cards and you'll receive an email to track your delivery.
