Panettone is more than a sweet bread loaf, it’s a true Italian Christmas tradition. But at Brigadeiro Bakery, ours got a Brazilian tweak. We've added an inner layer filled with creamy Dulce de Leche, and lastly topped with gold chocolate and sliced almonds.

It's a total of 2lbs of indulgence that is much needed for a memorable celebration.

The Dulce de Leche Panettone can also be used as an “ingredient” to prepare recipes like French Toast, Chocolate Trifle, Bread Pudding and others.

Ingredients: Dulce de Leche, Flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, milk, corn starch. Top: gold chocolate (caramelized white chocolate) with sliced almonds

Directions: 1. Remove the Panettone from the box and plastic cover. Place it on a cutting surface. 2. Uncover the Panettone by back the paper wrap. 3. Cut in slices from top to bottom. Serve and enjoy. 4. Store the remaining product in a sealed container in a dry and cool place.
