SHIPPING
IMPORTANT: You will receive your order on Tuesdays until Fridays. We do not deliver via UPS on Mondays as we do not ship during the weekends.
If you need your order to arrive on Tuesday, please select Next Day Delivery.
We ship nationwide (within the USA), except for US Territories, overseas military addresses, and P.O.Boxes. We ship from New York on Monday through Thursday, with some zip codes restrictions.
We ship with UPS. And please note UPS will not deliver on weekends.
At this time, we are not offering international shipping.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Our shipping cost varies based on your delivery date, delivery destination and service you choose.
Selecting the next available delivery date may incur a higher shipping cost. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1 or 2 days ahead of your celebration date. Your brigadeiros and cake will stay fresh and in perfect condition for your event. Follow our storage guidelines below.
When will I get my tracking information?
Our orders are shipped out as late in the day to shorten the time in transit to you. Tracking information is typically sent on day/time as we are packing your shipping. Still have questions? Reach out to us at order@brigadeirobakery.com, and we can look into it for you.
Can I choose a delivery window?
You can select the delivery date for your order at checkout.
We recommend always scheduling your order to arrive at least 1-2 days before your event to account for any transit delays. Very important - check HERE for storage/serving recommendations.
As we work third party carriers, unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries typically arrive before 9PM on your scheduled delivery date.
Please note UPS will not deliver on weekends.
How do I store my items and what’s the shelf life?
Brigadeiros require refrigeration, to stay fresh for longer. They will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator and up to 1 month in the freezer.
Cakes can be stored in the fridge for 7 days and up to 6 weeks in the freezer, both in air tight containers. To thaw they must be removed from the fridge 2 hours before serving in the same container, and can be opened and consumed as it reaches room temperature..
